Underfloor heating pipe clips – also called UFH pipe clips, floor heating clips or pipe fixing clips – secure heating pipes on mesh panels, insulation boards and hard substrates before screeding. Winkler Technik develops and manufactures clips and matching setting tools in Germany and Switzerland, for common heating pipes such as PEX and PE-RT.

Clips, clip rails or staples?
Clips are the first choice on mesh panels and hard substrates. For fast, precisely spaced installation on insulation, our U-Rails / clip rails are ideal. On tacker boards with fabric foil, tacker staples are the fastest option.
They fix heating pipes in position on mesh, insulation or hard substrates so the pipe spacing stays exact while the screed is applied.
Which clip do I need for mesh panels?
For mesh panels and reinforcement mesh we offer Starclips SC3/4 (3 or 4 mm wire, set with the CLS), the MidiClip MDC1617 (3 mm wire, set with the MidiSetter MDS 1617L), and the Fast Mounting Clip 1622 and Mounting Clip RV16/17 for installation on the longitudinal wire.
Which pipe diameters are supported?
Starclips SC3/4, Anchor clips AC 1620 and Clip 1622 cover pipes of 16 – 20 mm; MidiClip MDC1617 and RV16/17 cover 16 – 17 mm. The SW Clamp holds pipes from 14 to 35.8 mm on walls and ceilings.
Do I need a special tool?
RV16/17 is installed tool-free; for other clips we offer matching setting tools (CLS, MTG1620, MidiSetter MDS 1617L).
