U-Rail 4016T is a U-rail from the range of Winkler Technik — a family-run manufacturer of fastening systems for underfloor heating, wall heating and surface temperature control. Engineering and production are carried out in Germany and Switzerland, and the product is used worldwide by wholesalers, contractors and OEM partners.
U-rails are the backbone of every wet-screed underfloor heating system — they guide the heating pipe at the defined spacing and hold it precisely in place until the screed is poured. U-Rail 4016T is engineered exactly for that.
What separates U-Rail 4016T from no-name imports: documented material quality, tight dimensional tolerances and a geometry that works in the installer's rhythm — not only in the data sheet. We do not negotiate on raw-material quality.
For wholesalers, heating contractors and OEM partners we ship U-Rail 4016T from stock and support with data sheets, CAD files and, on request, custom packaging. Shipments leave regularly to over 30 countries.
Winkler Technik was founded in 1977 in Überlingen on Lake Constance and is run today by the fourth generation of the family. From the invention of the spring rail we have built a full programme of U-rails, rail-fixing components, staple systems and clips for surface temperature control.
U-Rail 4016T is typically used in underfloor heating and wall heating. See also our U-rails, rail fixing, staple systems and clips.
